Returns
Thank you for shopping at Flum Vapes. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
You have [X days] days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@flumvapes.org to notify us of your intention to return an item.
- Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on where to send the item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase or receipt.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the item you desire.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
